Home Delivery Coordinator

Position Description
The responsibilities of this position are to develop and coordinate the ordering, shipping, and documentation of purchases for clients who are routinely scheduled to receive products.

Reports To
Director of Operations

Major Responsibilities

  1. Coordination and Organization
    • Make contact with clients.
    • Order supplies.
    • Ensure the shipping of supplies to clients’ homes.
    • Obtain proper documentation for doctors’ orders for clients.
    • Coordinate routinely scheduled products for clients.
  2. Sales and Service
    • Receive referrals from employees for routinely schedule products.
    • Create awareness of services provided.
    • Synchronize cost-effective methods of providing supplies and deliveries to clients.
    • Engage in continuous improvement of service by talking with clients on the phone and in person.
  3. Technical and Professional Activities
    • Create documentation, invoices, and other business forms for efficiency.
    • Contact nurses, doctors, and hospital staff to coordinate supplies for clients.
  4. Other
    • Perform all other related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications
A High School diploma is required. A background in marketing, sales, and health is preferred. Computer skills, including Excel are needed for this position. A combination of education and related experience are used to meet minimum qualifications. In addition, the employee must comply with regular and continuing education and training provided and scheduled by Kohll’s.
