Mobility Sales Representative

Position Description
This position is to bring freedom and independence to each person who is in need. This is to be done with ethics and with dignity in an environment of self-direction and trust.

Reports To
Director of Mobility

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Management and Organization
    • Design a sales strategy that will produce rapid, expansive growth in Mobility.
    • Build on related services and products offered by Kohll's Pharmacy & Homecare.
    • Maintain daily operations for all motorized and manual rehab equipment, and associated supplies.
    • Manage sales and guide others employees in managing sales.
    • Comply with and produce all necessary documentation for patients, the company, and the position.
    • Use Kohll’s computer management system to input all sales.
  2. Management and Finances
    • Run timely reports to determine growth of the department.
    • Make certain that the Powered Mobility and Manual Rehab Department will be an ever-increasing, profit-making entity.
    • Market and promote Kohll’s Mobility Program to new and current referral sources.
    • Oversee sales of powered wheelchairs, scooters, vehicle lifts, vehicle devices, and stair glides, and other related products to all buyers.
    • Invoice and deliver each sold unit to ensure the possible relationship with clients.
  3. Understandings and Skills
    • Use Kohll’s computer management system to enter new patients, list and access physicians and insurance carriers, access product codes, schedule delivery and pick-up, and determine assigned and non assigned insurance.
    • Stay current with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and use the manuals when necessary.
    • Complete all computer and paper work in order to efficiently and effectively provide service to the patients and be accountable to the entire Kohll’s organization.
  4. Other
    • Perform all other related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications
College education in the healthcare field with a background in healthcare and sales. A combination of education and related experience are used to meet minimum qualifications. In addition, the employee must comply with regular and continuing education and training provided and scheduled by Kohll’s.
