Position Description
The responsibilities of this position are to provide the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of supplies and equipment in a cost-effective, timely manner, to efficiently provide supplies and services to patients, and to handle paperwork as needed.

Manager of Mobility Department
Major Responsibilities
- Cleaning, Repair, and Maintenance
- Repair incoming equipment.
- Maintain equipment and parts inventory for efficient future use.
- Clean and provide preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Organization
- Provide effective communication among staff members within the Mobility Department.
- Provide assistance where and when needed in stocking, organizing, and cleaning the receiving area and the work floor area.
- Bring in equipment and supplies from the loading dock and document the receipt.
- Unpack, document, and put away equipment and supplies that are received.
- Other
- Always be on time for work, special appointments, and meetings.
- Have the correct tools available for the work that needs to be done.
- Plan and have on hand the proper parts for the repairs.
- Have a professional appearance and attitude.
- Communicate effectively with the office so that the Manager knows the schedule and the current location of the Technician.
- Provide follow-up to customers and staff members.
- Perform all other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
High School graduation is required. The employee must have hands-on experience and be able to apply the understandings and skills related to the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of supplies and equipment. The employee must have certification or must be working on certification for factory repairs of specified models of equipment. Other certifications or training, such as bio-medical concerns, should be maintained. A combination of education and related experience are used to meet minimum qualifications. In addition, the employee must comply with regular and continuing education and training provided and scheduled by Kohll’s.
